4-Week Consistency Challenge {Squat}
Join this 4-week fitness challenge designed to help you build consistency, improve your strength, and boost your overall fitness. Each week will focus on different aspects of fitness, incorporating strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises.
Week 1: Foundation Building
Monday: 30-minute brisk walk or light jog
Tuesday: Full-body strength training (bodyweight exercises: squats, push-ups, lunges, planks) - 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Wednesday: Rest day or light yoga/stretching
