About the event
Bodyweight Circuit Workout
This bodyweight circuit is designed to take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. It combines strength, endurance, and flexibility exercises.
Make sure to warm up with coach before starting and of course being mindful of our body and cooling down with coach afterwards.
Tricks to Incorporate
Progressive Push-Ups: Start on your knees and gradually move to standard push-ups.
Single-Leg Squats: Try to perform squats on one leg for added difficulty.
