About the event

4-Week Consistency Challenge Bootcamp

Welcome to your 30-day fitness challenge for the month of September! This challenge is designed to keep you motivated and engaged while focusing on different aspects of fitness each week. Each week will have specific focus areas to help you develop a well-rounded fitness routine.


Week 1: Cardio & Endurance

  • Day 1: 20-minute brisk walk or jog

  • Day 2: 30-minute cycling session

  • Day 3: 20-minute HIIT workout (high knees, burpees, jumping jacks)
