4-Week Deadlift Consistency Challenge
Join us this December for a focused 4-week challenge designed to enhance your deadlift strength and technique. Each week will build on the previous one, ensuring progress and consistency.
Week 1: Foundation Building
Day 1: 3 sets of 8 reps at 60% of your 1RM (One Rep Max)
Day 2: Accessory work: Romanian deadlifts (3 sets of 10 reps)
Day 3: Technique focus: Lighter weights for form (4 sets of 6 reps)
